  • Whether you are looking to explore identity, or to discuss other topics with a therapist who understands LGBTQIA+ folx, I am here to help.

  • Depression and anxiety are no joke, and are so common. We can help you learn better ways to take care of yourself and function while dealing with these concerns.

  • From big T Trauma to little t trauma, there are big events that can change our brains and leave us with reactions we don’t understand. AKA, fight/flight/freeze/fawn responses. We can figure out what is going on for you, and better ways to manage and prevent these reactions.

  • You may be struggling with feeling out of control around food. There may be negative body image, an eating disorder, or maybe you just want to make peace with food. I provide anti-diet and body inclusive services.
